Job summary

Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease seeks a Medical Science Liaison to support our rare disease portfolio across the US. You will manage HCP relationships, deliver scientifically accurate information, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance medical objectives.

The role is field-based with significant travel, home-based offices, and a strong emphasis on evidence generation and external scientific exchange.

Responsibilities

• HCP relationship management and engagement.
• Develops clear, impactful HCP engagement plans aligned with medical goals.
• Gathers and disseminates HCP insights to inform strategy.
• Builds relationships with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders.
• Provides relevant scientific information on products and disease states.
• Demonstrates knowledge of study design, real-world evidence, and HEOR.
