Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Flex MSL to provide on-demand medical support and proactive field engagement for rare kidney diseases. You will interact with nephrologists and APPs, deliver scientific information, and support a growing medical affairs strategy across a designated US region.

The role emphasizes fair-balanced, on-label discussions, timely CRM documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. Extensive travel (60-80%) and field-based responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline preferred (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA or NP).
• 2+ years of MSL experience in pharmaceutical/biotech settings.
• Experience with nephrology or rare diseases (IgAN or FSGS) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fair-balanced, on-label scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Provide short-term or expanded MSL coverage and support KOLs in a designated region.
• Deliver compliant medical education (1:1 or small groups) on priority topics.
• Support regional and national congress activities with scientific presence.
• Document HCP insights and route high-value feedback to Medical Strategy.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance with medical and regulatory guidelines.
