Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 2+ years MSL experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Experience in nephrology or rare disease preferred.
• Willingness to travel 60-80%.

Responsibilities

• Scientific Exchange (Non-Promotional): conduct fair-balanced, on-label discussions; respond to unsolicited requests; escalate queries to Medical Information.
• Coverage & Continuity: provide short-term KOL/institution coverage with updated territory plan.
• Education & Support: deliver compliant medical education (1:1 or small group) on priority topics.
• Congress Support: coordinate scientific presence at regional and national congresses.
• Insight Generation: document HCP insights and unmet needs for Medical Strategy.
• Documentation & Compliance: record interactions in CRM within 48 hours and adhere to guardrails.
• Project Support: assist planning and implementation of medical projects.
