Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to advance scientific exchange with leading pulmonary experts in the West region, including CA, NV, UT, OR, WA, ID, MT, TX, NM, AZ and WY. The role requires residing in the region and near a major airport.

The MSL will present clinical data, support advisory boards, and collaborate with academic centers while upholding the highest ethical standards. Travel is expected to support field activities.

Qualifications

• Strong scientific and clinical background in a scientific field (PharmD/MD/PhD or advanced nursing degree).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex medical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven capability to build/maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with KOLs through scientific exchange.
• Engage in one-on-one scientific dialogue with therapy-area experts to extract insights.
• Disseminate new data to physicians supporting alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency treatments.
• Maintain knowledge of current literature, guidelines and standards of care.
• Serve as a scientific resource to academic centers and key accounts with tailored information.
• Support investigators with protocol development and data discussions.
• Coordinate with medical congresses, advisory boards, and speaker trainings.
