Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in the Lung/GU Oncology area to engage with healthcare professionals and Thought Leaders across MA, NH, VT, and ME. The role involves scientific dialogue, strategic medical planning, and cross-functional collaboration to support launches, lifecycle management, and clinical trial activities.

The MSL will work in a field-based capacity with extensive travel, communicating clinical evidence and addressing HCP questions while aligning

Qualifications

MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent required.
Experience in oncology field and scientific/clinical research environment.
Ability to engage with Thought Leaders and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Develop trusted relationships with academic and community Thought Leaders in Oncology.
Collaborate with TLs to gain insights and translate into medical plan strategies.
Engage in scientific dialogue with TLs to support launches and lifecycle activities.
Engage with medical societies and guideline committees as appropriate.
Provide training for external speakers as needed.
Strategically engage payers in pre- and peri-launch phases.
Support HCP questions in real-time via in-person and Medical on Call channels.
Document annual goals and leverage digital capabilities to enhance medical engagement.
Collaborate with clinical development to provide insight on study feasibilities.
