Ideal candidates hold a BA and MA in humanities or a writing-heavy field, with 2+ years in education or writing-related roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in education or teaching roles.
• 2+ years in writing-heavy roles such as editing, grant writing, or content creation.
• Demonstrates a natural teacher/guide approach and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong working relationship with the physician advisor.
• Assist the applicant in restructuring content and ensuring responses and essays have a logical and cohesive flow.
• Provide suggestions and guiding questions to help applicants develop content.
• Edit materials for clarity, tone, and syntax.
• Proofread materials for grammar and word choice.
• Answer questions about the writing process for specific materials.
• Provide relevant and actionable feedback; maintain a supportive environment.
