Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Health Information Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record Retrieval & Coordination: Request and retrieve records from providers using various channels.
• Record Review & Validation: Check completeness, legibility, date ranges, and relevance.
• Data Management & Tracking: Upload, index, organize, and track retrieval status in designated systems.
• Communication & Compliance: Serve as contact for providers and maintain HIPAA-compliant communications.
