Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Scientist to lead or support clinical studies, ensuring the clinical and scientific execution of protocols. The SCS acts as the primary clinical contact for scientific issues with internal and external stakeholders, including IRBs and sites.

The role includes leading Medical Monitoring, protocol design collaboration, and contribution to study governance, with potential mentorship of other CSs and collaboration across SM, MW, and data management.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and resolving study-related data issues and data queries.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; OneNote experience preferred.
• Motivate and lead teams; delegate, listen to feedback, stay flexible.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support one or more clinical studies with accountability for clinical/scientific execution when leading.
• Serve as clinical point of contact for scientific issues with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., IRB, sites).
• Lead Medical Monitoring activities and develop the Medical Monitoring Plan; review SAE reports.
• Contribute to protocol design, endpoint development, governance, and study-specific documents.
• Collaborate with medical writing, data management, and operations to support CSRs, CTDs/WMAs and publications.
