• Review and validate AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies against ASCO/NCCN standards
• Provide high-complexity validation for oncologic case presentations, staging, and treatment regimens
• Identify inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could affect patient safety
• Advise on development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for oncology care

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with ASCO/NCCN standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate oncological case presentations, staging, and treatment-regimen selection.
• Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for oncological care.

Qualifications

• Credentials: Board-certified or board-eligible in Medical Oncology (ABIM), or a current senior resident or fellow (PGY-2 or above) training in the field.
• Experience: 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training. Established attendings and senior trainees are equally welcome.
• Citizenship: Must be based in the United States.
• Communication: Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.
