Qualifications

• Experience with FMLA/State leave claims is a plus.
• Aptitude for learning medical terminology and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned caseload of Short Term/Long Term Disability claims.
• Communicate with claimants, employers, and medical professionals to gather eligibility information and manage benefits.
• Apply contractual provisions and processes to ensure accurate liability decisions.
• Provide superior customer service with timely benefit determinations and inquiries.
• Independently manage disability claims and apply clinical guidance on complex cases.
