Job summary

Qualifications

• Life science degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English language proficiency.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, regulations and industry standards.
• Strong cognitive abilities including verbal reasoning and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail within tight timelines.
• Proactive with initiative and problem-solving ability.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to unsolicited consumer, HCP, and external requests for medical and safety information via phone, email, letter, fax, or meetings.
• Provide labeled and unlabeled medical/safety information responses per regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Accurately identify, document and report adverse events, pregnancy reports, special situations, and product complaints.
• Ensure tasks are completed within SOPs and WPs deadlines.
• Log inquiries accurately in inquiry handling systems and perform quality checks.
• Provide after-hours coverage on a rotating basis.
• Adhere to privacy policies and data privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with teams and management as needed.
