Advanced Clinical is seeking a Medical Information Specialist to provide accurate, balanced medical information to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders. The role supports medical inquiry management, scientific communications, quality reviews, and regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes responding to inquiries, developing information materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely medical information delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • PharmD or Registered Pharmacist (RPh) required.
  • 2–3 years of medical information experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and related business applications.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and document medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and appropriately elevate adverse events, product quality complaints, and other reportable safety information.
  • Develop and maintain medical information materials, including standard response documents, FAQs, templates, and scientific content.
  • Support escalated medical inquiries and complex case management activities.
  • Perform quality reviews of medical information cases and communications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on medical, scientific, and operational initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvements and compliance-related activities.

We are seeking a Medical Information Specialist to provide accurate, balanced, and compliant medical information to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and document medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and related business applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Medical Affairs or scientific communications functions.
  • Experience developing medical information resources and response documents.
  • Experience performing quality reviews, training, or compliance‑related activities.
  • Experience handling escalated medical information inquiries.
