Job summary

ProPharma seeks a Medical Information Specialist to join its Contact Center. You will handle medical and safety information requests across channels, document adverse events, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a pharmacy degree, have strong written and verbal communication, English proficiency, and experience with medical terminology and data systems; you will work independently and with the team in a hybrid, remote-capable role.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• English language proficiency.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical and safety information requests via phone, email, and web.
• Provide labeled medical information per regulations and SOPs.
• Document adverse events, pregnancy reports, and product complaints.
• Meet deadlines per SOPs and client practices.
• Assist in writing responses using approved data sources.
• Log all inquiries accurately in the system.
