You will analyze CT and MRI datasets, create and edit segmentation masks, 3D models, and volume renderings, perform annotations and quality checks, and craft precise prompts outlining imaging workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with 3D Slicer for medical imaging tasks
• Experience in segmentation, annotation, and visualization of medical images
• Understanding of CT, MRI, DICOM workflows
• Ability to create segmentation masks and 3D reconstructions
• Access to 3D Slicer and ability to record your screen during tasks

Responsibilities

• Analyze and segment medical images using 3D Slicer.
• Work with CT, MRI, and other medical imaging datasets.
• Create and edit segmentation masks, 3D models, and volume renderings.
• Perform image annotation, visualization, and quality checks.
