Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Medical Imaging & Segmentation Specialist (3D Slicer) to support an AI training project. You will analyze and segment CT and MRI datasets, create segmentation masks, 3D models, and volume renderings, and document your workflows in detail.

This remote contractor role requires demonstrated expertise in 3D Slicer and medical imaging pipelines. Preferred candidates will have advanced degrees in Medical Imaging or Biomedical Engineering and experience with human data tasks such as

Qualifications

• Strong professional hands-on experience using 3D Slicer.
• Experience with medical image segmentation, annotation, and visualization.
• Good understanding of CT, MRI, DICOM, and medical imaging workflows.
• Ability to create accurate segmentation masks and 3D reconstructions.
• Access to 3D Slicer and ability to record your screen while completing tasks.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to explain technical workflows clearly.
• A relevant master's degree or PhD in Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous Human Data experience, such as data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.
• Clinical or research experience working with medical imaging datasets.
• Experience with medical image processing and 3D visualization.
