Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Medical Education Manager - Shockwave Medical to join our team. The position is fully remote and can sit anywhere in the U.S.

You will develop and execute medical education programs and physician relations activities, with global responsibility and cross-therapy scope. You will lead education for SWAV therapies, coach physicians, manage speaker bureaus, and collaborate with KOLs in interventional cardiology and related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years in education, training, sales or marketing in med-tech; cardiovascular space preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency with PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Shockwave Medical-managed HCP education programs and identify educational needs.
• Maintain key relationships with Healthcare Professionals in the focus area.
• Execute events, contract new speakers, ensure compliance, approve curriculum, document programs, and track outcomes.
• Develop educational objectives and curricula for CME and non-CME content.
• Oversee symposia, virtual or conference-based; design agendas and coach physician speakers.
• Prepare course curricula, materials, and physician speaker coaching for podium presentations.
• Support operations of the speaker bureau process and slide deck development; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with meeting planners to coordinate event logistics and deliver educational solutions.
• Stay updated on therapies and literature; develop annual budgets and needs assessments.
