You will translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights for clinical and nontechnical stakeholders, leveraging SQL, Excel, and BI tools. The role combines analytical depth with business acumen, collaborating with IT, Finance, and health plans to deliver data-driven recommendations that improve cost, utilization, and care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Higher education in business, economics, statistics, math, actuarial science, public health or health care related field.
• 4+ years in healthcare analytics with large databases and SQL querying.
• Experience leading a small team and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of enterprise analytics projects and strategic initiatives.
• Manage development with business and technical partners, including requirements and testing.
• Prioritize work, manage expectations, and align deliverables with business needs.
• Support customer engagement and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner across IT, Finance, Network Development and Payment Integrity.
• Mentor and develop analysts on the team.
