Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking experienced internal medicine physicians to remotely review inpatient records, assess AI-generated clinical claims, and provide feedback to improve AI models. You’ll work on challenging cases, judge AI reasoning against medical records, and write physician-style answers.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Hospitalist experience: at least five years.
• Fluent English; strong knowledge of progress notes, inpatient admissions, discharge workflows, and transitions of care.

Responsibilities

• Review adult inpatient records, clinical notes and structured medical-record data for documentation quality.
• Check clinical claims against the underlying record, including the history, assessment and care plan.
• Evaluate medication reconciliation and kidney- and liver-adjusted dosing.
• Identify missing or inconsistent details and provide structured feedback on where the model's reasoning departs from the record.
