You will review inpatient medical records, FHIR data, and clinical notes to ensure documentation supports clinical claims and identify missing or conflicting information.

A board-certified MD/DO is required for this role with active licensure preferred. You will assess documentation against clinical records, provide feedback to improve model

Qualifications

• Requires MD/DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Experience with inpatient records review is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of patient assessment, diagnosis, and clinical reasoning.
• Active medical licensure relevant to clinical practice is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Review inpatient medical records, FHIR data, and clinical notes to assess documentation against clinical claims.
• Check clinical claims against supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies and omissions in clinical records.
