Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Medical Director for Aesthetics & Reconstruction. This role leads medical strategy, engages with global surgeons, and guides evidence generation across implants, devices, and procedures. A board-certified plastic surgeon with vascularized leadership is required.

The position may be remote, with preferred bases in Irvine, CA or Raritan, NJ. You will collaborate across Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, and R&D to advance patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree is required.
• Completion of accredited plastic surgery training is required.
• Current board certification in Plastic Surgery is required.
• Significant clinical experience in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery is required.
• Expertise in breast implants, reconstruction, and contemporary techniques is essential.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine and clinical research methods is required.
• Ability to establish credibility with senior physicians and researchers is essential.
• Excellent scientific communication, presentation, and leadership skills are vital.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical and scientific leadership for aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery.
• Develop strategic medical input into portfolio strategy, product development, and evidence generation.
• Lead external scientific engagement with KOLs and professional societies.
• Support clinical development, regulatory strategy, and education of physicians.
• Translate external medical insights into actionable medical strategy for the portfolio.
