Job summary

Candidates with an associate degree in a relevant field or experience in clinical neurophysiology are preferred. This role includes participation in weekend support rotations and after-hours on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in IT or biomedical technology preferred.
• Active credentials as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist or EEG Technologist is a plus.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a sleep/EEG technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through product operations and best practices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Deliver clear solutions and follow up with customers.
• Participate in support rotation for after-hours escalation.
