The role involves drafting and prosecuting patent applications, performing FTO/patentability analyses, and managing patent portfolios.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Experience with medical device technologies, including surgical and robotics-assisted devices.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• License in good standing in the resident state.
• Registration before the USPTO.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute medical device patent applications in the U.S. and internationally.
• Conduct freedom-to-operate and patentability analyses.
• Perform due diligence and handle patent procurement services.
