You will draft and prosecute patent applications, analyze freedom-to-operate, perform due diligence, and manage portfolios while leveraging remote work flexibility where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in intellectual property law.
• Experience with medical device technologies, including surgical and robotics-assisted devices.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• License in good standing in the resident state.
• Registration before the USPTO.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute medical device patent applications in the U.S. and internationally.
