Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience as a patent attorney in the medical device space.
• Experience drafting and prosecuting medical device patent applications (US and worldwide).
• Strong writing and analytical skills with an excellent academic record.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute medical device patent applications for multiple technologies.
• Conduct freedom-to-operate and patentability analyses and due diligence.
• Manage patent portfolios and coordinate across offices and teams.
• Provide patent procurement services and support related to litigation and strategy.
