The role involves collaborating with SEO, operations, graphics, and Marketing & Communications teams to ensure content is optimized, engaging, and clinically sound.

Qualifications

• One year of experience writing, editing, researching and preparing material for publication.
• OR High School/GED and five years of experience.
• OR Associate’s degree and three years of experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding style guides and SEO keyword best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate, high-quality medical content aligned with Cleveland Clinic’s brand voice.
• Research health topics and/or interview clinical sources.
• Translate complex medical information into accessible language for patients and the general public.
• Understand style guides and SEO keyword best practices.
• Meet writing deadlines and incorporate edits from medical reviewers.
• Collaborate with SEO, operations, graphics, Marketing & Communications, and other departments to ensure content is optimized, engaging, and clinically sound.
