Responsibilities

• Provide education, consultation, auditing, and feedback on medical coding to support compliance and accurate reimbursement.
• Conduct medical record audits to ensure alignment with coding requirements and policies.
• Deliver individualized education through one-on-one support, provider tip sheets, and virtual presentations.
• Analyze data, communicate findings, and drive documentation and coding improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain educational materials and training programs with coding leadership.
