UnitedHealth Group seeks a Coding Quality Analyst to join our team. This full-time role focuses on reviewing medical records and applying CPT, ICD-9/10, and HCPCS guidelines to identify potential fraud or coding errors.

You will document decisions, communicate findings to stakeholders, and coordinate with the group to understand billing trends. Training is provided, with flexible telecommuting within the U.S. and standard business hours in CST.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of CPT medical coding experience.
• 2+ years of medical record auditing experience.
• Flexible to work full-time 40 hours/week with standard CST hours and occasional overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Review records flagged as suspicious or potentially fraudulent using CPT/ICD guidelines.
• Document decisions in company systems with notes.
• Discuss and present decisions to internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with teammates to identify billing trend patterns.
