Job summary

UASI is seeking experienced professional coding specialists to perform accurate code assignments while working remotely from a home office. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, independent, quality conscious, and adaptable to change.

We require AHIMA or AAPC certification and a minimum of three years of inpatient/outpatient pro‑fee coding experience across multiple specialties, plus proficiency with VPN, MFA, video conferencing, Outlook, Excel, and calendar management.

Qualifications

• AHIMA or AAPC certification is required for this role.
• Minimum of three years recent inpatient/outpatient pro‑fee coding experience.
• Experience coding for a variety of multi‑specialties is required.
• Proficiency with remote connectivity including VPN, MFA, and video conferencing.
• Proficiency with Outlook, calendar management, and Excel for data management.
• Committed regular schedule with reliable, punctual attendance.
• Must meet client productivity targets with coding quality 95% or greater.
