AuraOne, Inc. is seeking a Medical Coder (CCS / CIC) for a remote clinical-review track evaluating AI outputs that touch clinical review. You will review model results, assess differential reasoning and dosing, and flag safety issues as part of an evidence-based process.

As a licensed reviewer, you will document corrected reasoning to train the modeling team and adjudicate cases using current guidelines. This contractor role requires US work authorization and at least 10 hours weekly.

Formación

• Active or recent CCS/CIC licensure or equivalent clinical-review board certification.
• Hands-on clinical experience reading patient cases and writing structured assessments.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that cites guidelines, evidence, or standard of care.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI outputs against clinical guidelines and standard of care.
• Grade differential reasoning and dosing on a structured rubric.
• Flag patient-safety issues with severity tags.
• Capture corrected clinical reasoning for model training.
• Adjudicate disputed cases using published guidelines.
• Audit batches and report rubric drift.
