Job summary

Enlyte seeks a Registered Nurse reviewer to analyze medical records and bills for relatedness and causality for clients, supporting workers’ compensation and auto-accident claims.

You will review care status, perform medical journal research, prepare and organize medical evidence, and examine discrepancies across records. You’ll work in a cloud-based, multi-software environment, demonstrating precision, strong written communication, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Qualifications

• RN with license in the state you reside.
• 3+ years clinical experience and 1 year as a reviewer.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficiency navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
• Ability to extract and transfer information between programs accurately.
• Adaptability to learn new software systems quickly.
• Organize electronic information from disparate sources into cohesive work products.
• Comfort with cloud-based collaboration tools.

Job Description

Qualifications

Licenses or Certifications:

• You must be a registered nurse (RN) with a license in the state you reside

Experience:

• Mitchell’s Medical Claims Consultants are Registered Nurses and will typically have at least 3 years clinical experience and one year as a reviewer
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficiency in navigating between multiple software platforms simultaneously
• Ability to efficiently extract and transfer information between different programs while maintaining accuracy
• Adaptability to learn new software systems and workflows quickly
• Demonstrated skill in organizing electronic information from disparate sources into cohesive work products
• Comfort with cloud-based collaboration tools and shared document environments

Written Abilities:

• Proficient grammar, sentence structure, and written communication skills required

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $65,500 - $84,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
