Accelerated Claims Inc. is seeking an Account Representative (Claims Specialist) for a fully remote role with a one-week onsite orientation.

You will work with insurance carriers to research, resolve, and secure payment on outstanding medical claims, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate billing. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Place outbound calls to insurance carriers to research and resolve claims.
• Review and process medical claims to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
• Enter and update claim information across multiple systems with accuracy.
• Follow up on outstanding claims to maximize recovery for clients.
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Apply knowledge of medical billing forms (UB-04, CMS-1500) when applicable.
