You will validate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes, MS-DRG assignments, and documentation for accuracy, while providing clear feedback and maintaining high data quality for AI model learning. Candidates should hold AHIMA CCS, AAPC CIC/CPC or equivalent clinical credentials, and have strong English

Qualifications

• Active medical coding credentials (AHIMA CCS or AAPC CIC/CPC) or RN with chart review experience.
• Hands-on ICD-10-CM/PCS coding and MS-DRG methodology knowledge.
• Experience with clinical documentation improvement and healthcare data review.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical records and coding decisions for AI training.
• Validate diagnoses, procedures, sequencing, and MS-DRG assignments.
• Provide precise feedback on charts and coding guidelines.
• Maintain complete review findings to support data integrity.
