micro1 is seeking Medical Chart Reviewers (CCS/CIC/CPC certified or RN/clinical background) to contribute to training AI systems remotely from the United States. You’ll review charts, validate coding, and ensure high-quality data for model learning to help AI models understand real-world documentation.

This contract role requires thorough knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS and MS-DRG guidelines, attention to detail, and clear communication with project stakeholders to resolve ambiguities and ensure data

Formación

• Active AHIMA CCS/CIC/CPC or RN/clinical credential with chart review experience.
• Expertise in ICD-10-CM/ICD-10-PCS and MS-DRG methodology.
• Experience reviewing charts across acute care, teaching hospitals, surgical, trauma, oncology, and transplant.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Access to current ICD-10-CM/PCS coding guidelines and MS-DRG tools.

Responsabilidades

• Review and audit medical charts to verify accuracy and completeness of documentation and codes.
• Validate diagnosis, procedure coding, POA indicators, and MS-DRG assignment.
• Apply coding guidelines and flag documentation gaps and query opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
• Provide high-quality feedback to support workflow improvements and AI model learning.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness per current best practices and coding standards.
