APremium Healthcare Solution, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing Assistant to join our team in Conyers, GA. This role supports the revenue cycle in a fast-paced healthcare environment, ensuring accurate claims submission and timely follow-up.

We offer a remote position with a focus on billing accuracy, patient communication, and documentation in our EMR/EHR system. If you have healthcare admin experience and a proactive approach, we'd love to hear from you.

Formación

• Experience in medical billing or healthcare administration.
• Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR software and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Submit medical claims to insurance carriers accurately and timely.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist with appeals and resubmission of denied or rejected claims.
• Maintain accurate patient billing records and documentation in the EMR/EHR system.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies regarding billing inquiries.
