Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller to join a fast-growing healthcare startup. The role focuses on accurate submission, tracking, and resolution of medical claims to ensure timely reimbursement and strong cash flow.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of medical billing experience, CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS knowledge, and proficiency with EMR/EHR and billing software. This is a fully remote position with a base hourly rate in the low-to-mid $20s range.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical billing experience.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding terminology.
• Experience with commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid billing.
• Familiarity with claim submission, payment posting, and denial management.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR and medical billing software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
• Review claims for completeness and payer requirements.
• Follow up on denied, rejected, or unpaid claims.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Post payments and adjustments accurately; monitor accounts receivable.
