Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical billing and coding experience in healthcare.
• Sleep Medicine and/or DME billing exp is a strong asset.
• Experience handling patient communications with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Handle full billing cycle from code assignment to submission and payment posting.
• Answer patient questions about balances, insurance benefits, and statements.
• Manage payment plans, follow-ups, and collections within policy.
• Process medical records requests and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Document interactions clearly in the billing system.
