Conduent is seeking a Medical Benefits Review Associate to support overpayment programs for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial claims in a fully remote environment. The role emphasizes analytical review of claims, eligibility checks, and documentation of findings, with collaboration across remote teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The position requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a starting hourly pay

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Background in benefit/coverage concepts.
• Basic knowledge of insurance procedures, working with Medicare/Medicaid.
• Experience with data entry / medical claims data entry processing.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare eligibility processes.

• Review paid, adjusted, and offset claims in the client system.
• Review member eligibility and update records.
• Investigate and communicate questionable situations.
• Document findings from the client system in related systems.
• Communicate effectively with other staff/team members.
• Work independently based on established procedures.
