Conduent is seeking a Medical Benefits Review Associate to support Medicare, Medicaid and commercial overpayments in a fully remote setting. You will review paid, adjusted, and offset claims, verify member eligibility, and document findings in the client systems.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to work independently with a remote team, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older to apply
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Experience with data entry / medical claims processing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review paid, adjusted, and offset claims in the client system
• Review member eligibility and update eligibility records
• Investigate and communicate questionable situations
