Conduent is seeking a Medical Benefits Review Associate to provide analytical support for Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial overpayments in a fully remote setting. The role emphasizes detail, insurance knowledge, and data handling.

You will review claims, verify eligibility, and document findings while collaborating with a remote team. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, starting pay, and benefits from day one.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 or older to apply
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a preemployment background check and drug screening
• Background in benefit/coverage concepts desired
• Basic knowledge of insurance procedures with Medicare/Medicaid
• Experience with data entry / medical claims data entry processing
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare eligibility processes
• Strong investigative, research, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
