Conduent seeks a Medical Benefits Review Associate to analyze Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial claim overpayments from audits. This fully remote role supports CPIS overpayment programs and requires attention to detail and strong data-entry skills.

You will review claims, verify eligibility, and document findings across client systems while collaborating with a remote team in a fast-paced environment. Prior benefit/coverage knowledge is a plus; MS Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Background in benefits/coverage concepts helpful.
• Basic knowledge of insurance procedures and Medicare/Medicaid.
• Data entry and medical claims processing experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Review paid, adjusted, and offset claims in client system.
• Review member eligibility and update records accordingly.
• Investigate and communicate questionable situations.
• Document findings in client and related systems.
