Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a Provider Field Representative Remote U.S. to support enrollment data processing and member services from a fully remote home office.

The role requires availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some travel within Delaware as needed. You will work across multiple systems to input data, meet service levels, and navigate healthcare regulations while helping clients improve health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a metric driven environment.
• Experience working independently.
• Experience in Healthcare Medicaid specifically.
• Experience meeting service level agreements and contractual obligations.
• Ability to handle face to face interactions.

Responsibilities

• Use multiple websites and systems to review and input enrollment data.
• Be a productive member of the team and answer inbound calls where necessary.
• Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules and related legal regulations.
• Time management, attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to travel throughout the state of DE.
