This role collaborates with Product, Growth, Operations, and external stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into scalable offerings while guiding roadmap priorities, commercialization planning, and go-to-market execution in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in state Medicaid and public-sector healthcare roles.
• 7+ years leading product or program management within Medicaid or HHS.
• Experience with state agency operations and compliance.
• Experience engaging with state Medicaid and HHS leaders.
• Ability to translate market insights into strategic outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Growth, and Operations.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy for program operations.
