Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years of healthcare analytics experience.
• 5+ years with large healthcare datasets, data warehouses, and analytic platforms.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL development experience.
• 5+ years designing and delivering Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Medicaid business and 834 enrollment transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead state implementation readiness efforts, regulatory and contractual reporting support, enrollment analytics, and modernization across Medicaid markets.
• Serve as the primary analytics lead for Medicaid Enrollment Operations, ensuring compliance and operational performance.
• Partner with business leaders and technology teams to design scalable analytics solutions and drive modernization.
• Communicate insights to executive leadership and influence strategic decisions.
