Conduent is seeking a Medicaid Support Specialist to remotely support New Mexico Medicaid beneficiaries who reside within 50 miles of Albuquerque. The role does enrollment and eligibility assistance, processes applications, and maintains records in NM-specific databases.

Typical shift is Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a starting pay of $16.50 per hour and full-time employment. The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work within

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Prior clerical or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information about the New Mexico Medicaid Program and assist beneficiaries with enrollment and eligibility.
• Process eligibility applications and determine program eligibility.
• Enter data into web-based systems and reference NM databases.
• Follow up with beneficiaries and update files as information changes.
• Support outreach and training activities for NM Medicaid program.
