Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a Drug Rebate Analyst to support Medicaid pharmacy operations in a remote West Virginia role. You will review rebates, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with manufacturers, pharmacies, and internal partners to ensure timely payments.

This full‑time remote position requires strong analytical skills, experience with rebates systems, and HIPAA compliance; WV residency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; HIPAA confidentiality essential.
• Experience in Medicaid drug rebates or related healthcare rebates preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills; ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Review Medicaid drug rebate payments, invoices, and balances to identify discrepancies.
• Research disputed utilization and claims data and develop dispute resolution recommendations.
• Communicate with drug manufacturers to resolve rebates and follow up on invoices.
• Coordinate with pharmacies, providers, and internal partners to verify claims.
• Track disputes, manage workflow, and maintain accurate records.
