Job summary

This hybrid role requires analyzing utilization trends, ensuring timely government rebate submissions, coordinating with management, finance, and external agencies, and supporting the team to meet regulatory deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant fields is required.
• 2+ years of related experience required.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Medicaid rebate invoices accurately and timely.
• Validate data and dispute when necessary.
• Remit payments for federal, state, and supplemental programs.
• Monitor compliance with deadlines to avoid penalties.
• Analyze utilization trends against prescribed methods.
• Negotiate dispute resolutions with state analysts/vendors.
• Prepare government contracts reports for stakeholders.
