Job summary

Telligen is a leading population health management organization providing clinical, analytical, and technical expertise for Medicaid and other programs. The Program Manager of Clinical Data and Measurement will lead complex healthcare measurement projects, coordinate between internal analytic and technical teams, and ensure timely, high-quality analytic deliverables.

This role is primarily remote but requires residency in authorized states.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in health information systems or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to critically evaluate data quality.
• Experience with healthcare data (EHR, eCQMs, or claims).
• Knowledge of healthcare quality measurement and regulatory reporting (HEDIS, CMS Core Measures, TJC).
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• 3+ years leading projects.
• Citizenship may be required for certain contracts.
• Strong subject-matter expertise and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional clinical data program activities and quality control.
• Coordinate between internal Telligen program and analytic teams.
• Lead a portfolio of clinical data measures as SME.
• Gather and define business requirements; manage analytic direction.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of measure results to client.
• Adhere to state and national standards.
• Coordinate workflows to verify data sources and inputs for measurement.
• Synthesize analytics with policy knowledge to support strategy and program implementation.
• Provide guidance on measure interpretation and technical issues.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
