Job summary

Premier Comprehensive Services, LLC (PCS) seeks a knowledgeable Medicaid Benefits & Eligibility Specialist to assist individuals with Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, reinstatement, and coverage issues. The role serves as a primary resource for those who lost coverage or face interruptions and requires strong knowledge of Georgia Medicaid and Georgia Gateway.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Georgia Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, renewal, and reinstatement processes.
• Experience with Georgia Gateway, DFCS, DCH, or Medicaid-related systems.
• Experience assisting individuals with Medicaid applications, redeterminations, terminations, and coverage restoration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with state agencies and Medicaid representatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic records, and online application systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with applying for Medicaid and understanding eligibility requirements.
• Navigate reinstatement and reapplication processes after coverage loss.
• Assist with Medicaid renewals, redeterminations, and required updates.
• Explain notices of termination, suspension, or denial; identify missing information.
• Coordinate with Georgia Gateway and state resources; monitor status and follow up.
