Job summary

Monday Talent is seeking a Strategist to convert ideas into coverage and own client relationships in a remote setting. You’ll drive earned media outcomes, translate data into strategy, and contribute across pitches, briefs, and materials to shape client narratives.

You will work with a growing team, build tools to improve processes, mentor juniors, and help set the culture and standards that define how we operate and deliver results.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in PR, communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record of driving meaningful earned media results.
• Strong client management instincts: anticipate needs before asked.
• Comfort with data — read a report and know what it means.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools, particularly Claude — used daily.
• Exceptional writing across formats and registers.
• Curiosity beyond earned media: content, SEO, GEO, the ecosystem.
• Bias toward building — you see a gap and close it.

Responsibilities

• Drive earned media results through creative story development, smart pitching, and genuine media relationships.
• Translate GEO data into plain-language strategy recommendations clients can act on.
• Participate on client calls, in status recaps, and reporting — the basics.
• Interface with clients daily, become the trusted media-relations advisor.
• Write pitches, bylines, briefing docs, media prep materials, etc.
• Contribute to execution of announcements, campaigns, and ongoing deliverables.
• Identify patterns in AI search data and connect them to PR strategy.
• Build tools, artifacts, and workflows to speed up work for accounts and team.
• Bring junior team members up and invest in building communicators for the work.
• Help set the standard for how this team operates.
