Tinuiti, the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., is hiring a Client-Centric Lead Media Investment professional to plan and execute campaigns across TV, OTT/CTV, OLV, Audio and Display, ensuring alignment with client goals and full-funnel strategies.

The role emphasizes hands-on platform skills (DSPs, ad servers) and leadership of a small team, with focus on data-driven optimization and clear client communication. This is a fully remote position in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in a media agency or publisher environment focused on media buying.
• Proven track record of leading a small team and hands-on keys in industry platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with QA and cross‑channel measurement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead client TV/OTT/CTV, digital audio and display campaigns with full‑funnel alignment.
• Present investment recommendations and performance updates to clients alongside senior staff.
• Oversee QA, trafficking, and contract compliance across accounts.
• Mentor Associates and drive growth tests with a risk‑balanced approach.
• Collaborate with TVAD and Analytics to interpret partner studies and guardrails.
